“What is the best aspect of working at Plenty of Fish?” A lot of people ask me this, and my number one response is – seeing how our dating app brings people together, who would have never met otherwise. Today, I am going to share with you the story of Amanda and Chris who I received a “tweet” from this past September.
The best days at the Plenty of Fish office are when we receive messages from couples who met each other on the app. Every time I read success story after the next, I can’t stop smiling. It’s a great reminder for all of us that work at POF why we do what is is we do!
“Let’s just say the conversation was so good that we ended up getting kicked out of Starbucks at closing. We didn’t want the conversation to end…”
And the conversation didn’t end there for Brian and Patricia who met on Plenty of Fish, but we will let them tell the story.
Jane: Andy messaged me first “Hi how are you? My name is Andy been single a while now. I’ve got 3 children, all independent. Time for me now!! It would be great to hear from you x”
Leading up to Valentine’s Day, we asked our fellow Plenty of Fish employees,
“When did you know your significant other was the one?”
Today, we are so happy to share their beautiful, funny and heart warming responses with all of you!
Today we are excited to share a heartwarming success story we received just last week from two former Plenty of Fish members, Kerby and Simon. Simon had given up on finding love due to his experience in a past relationship, but it wasn’t long before Kerby changed his entire outlook on love and on life.
Spruce, the bachelor Humboldt penguin, whose favorite activities are swimming and diving, is looking for a life mate who shares the joy of long walks on the beach and a surf and turf dinner for two!
With the help of Weymouth Sea Life Aquarium and Plenty of Fish, Spruce has decided to put himself out there, the best way he knows how – by creating his very own online dating profile. With the user name SprucePenguin and tagline ‘Single Penguin Looking for Chicks’, this family man is hoping to reel in the perfect catch.
Every day we have the pleasure of speaking with our many success story couples who all found love on PlentyOfFish through a unique message exchange. Today we are looking at the true story of Branden and Macy,
which started with a simple but clever message from Branden that said,
Chipotle or Qdoba?
After much deliberation, I correctly responded with Qdoba. And that’s where our love story begins…
Nothing makes us happier at PlentyOfFish than hearing from our couples whom found one another via our site. John and Grace’s story struck a nerve, after they told us it all began when they shared their first kiss together as teenagers.
Warning – Grab a box of Kleenex for this one.
Grace: In 2015, after 27 years of marriage, I found myself divorced.
Thankfully I had a younger sister who had a place for me to live. I found a job, worked long hours and gained my independence back. Most of my friends were married, so I decided why not give online dating
