Plenty of Fish: Alyssa, if a guy wants to message you on Plenty of Fish, what could he say that would catch your attention?
Alyssa: A few tips to men would be to obviously read my profile first, and read what I’m actually seeking. If you are looking for something completely different than me, please do not waste my time. Find something in my profile that you can use or elaborate on.
A stupid joke always works, or better yet, “lets go to vegas” I’M IN!
POF: What are you currently looking for in a partner?
A: In long term partner – consistency, stability, intellect, humor, transparency, motivated and PATIENT.
POF: Describe the perfect first date?
A: A perfect date for me is stimulating and involving some adventure. Whether it be going bowling, trap shooting, VEGAS, a food festival and lots of laughs.
POF: What’s your favorite part about dating on Plenty of Fish?
A: The ego boost from strangers, and also seeing how some men act on the dating scene.
POF: What was your favorite part of filming Dine & Dish with Plenty of Fish:
A: As an adult, it can be difficult to make new friends, and I just made 3 new ones – Shari, Jose and Sean.
POF: What did you learn about yourself from Ashley & Jared and the other Plenty of Fish users?
A: So much! I learned to have fun with dating, it can sometimes leave you feeling defeated, but it’s important to be open to new opportunities. The best advice I received would be: don’t erase messages so quickly. I didn’t even acknowledge the typical, “hey, whats up”, I used to delete it, so I’m working on this.
POF: The best advice for Plenty of Fish singles currently looking for their next date?
A: Have fun! Be honest, if you’re not feeling it, say it! If you’re feeling it, say it! Toodaloo!
