If upgraded can non-upgraded members message me?
Hi John, great question – non-upgraded members can message upgraded members if upgraded members allow it in their mail settings.
If I upgrade to paid member can the people I message read and reply to it if THEY are NOT paying members?
Hi Ann, yes, all members (non-paying and upgraded) can respond to you unless you change your mail settings to only receive messages from upgraded members.
Hi if I upgrade to the 12 month plan does it take the £6.99 straight away then every month after or does it take the full £83 also is it easy to cancel the membership and can I stop payments at anytine
Hi Tina, it would take the full payment upfront. You can cancel the renewal at any time.

Where do I go to find out the prices of an upgrade? And where is the link to enroll in the upgrade?
Hi Kitty, great question and it depends on whether you’re using our app or desktop website. If you’re on the desktop site, when you login you should see in the top right hand corner a pink button that says UPGRADE. This will be next to Tokens and My Profile. On the app, you will find this on the homepage when you login. It will be on a blue banner that says UPGRADE with a pink button.
How can I pay for an upgraded membership, without using Apple tunes ????

Are these reoccurring payments or a one off?
Hi James, if you’re buying a membership they will automatically renew unless you turn off the renewal.
Should I be able to read messages sent to me without upgrading?
Hi Andy, yes – you should still be able to read messages sent to you even if you’re not an upgraded member.

If I choose the 12 month plan, do I have to pay the big amount upfront? Does that work for all three memberships?
Or do I pay the 6.99 per month to a total of the big amount?

If I upgrade my POF membership do other users who view my profile have to know I’ve upgraded?
i.e does my profile have to have a yellow star or words ‘Dave is upgraded member’ on it?

Hi Dave, great question. That’s correct, other members on Plenty of Fish will see that you’re an upgraded member at the bottom of your profile as it will say “Dave is an Upgraded Member”
Hi If i hide my views when looking at other people’s profiles can upgraded members still see that i viewed them? If yes can they see how many times (with details such as dates and times) ive viewed their account.
